Thanks Dustin. Plank wasn´t the greatest talent. Av/good/Av/good (HL/SP/FR/TQ). He maxed high in HL/SP/FR and I stopped training him. The goal was to get as many race training points as possible in these 4 skills. He got 17 points in these skills up to age 29. I then maxed him by training 5 points in CL. He has a chance to be the greatest austrian in the history, needs about 1300 points more :)
